Frequently asked questions

Can’t see your question? Get in touch and we’ll happily help.

Yes. We’re a registered Environment Agency waste carrier, so your waste is documented and disposed of legally at licensed transfer stations, with as much as possible recycled.

Yes — we’re fully insured as well as being a registered waste carrier, so you’re covered and your waste is handled properly.

Every job is priced individually, because it depends on the amount and type of waste, access and the work involved. Send us a few photos through the quote form or give us a call and we’ll give you a straight, no-obligation price.

Yes. Once we’ve seen the details — a photo really helps — we’ll confirm a clear price with you before any work starts, so there are no surprises.

Both. The price includes the vehicle and the team to load it. That’s the big difference from hiring a skip, where all the lifting is down to you.

A tipper usually holds more than a skip for less money, there’s no council permit to arrange, and we do all the loading. Nothing sits on your drive for days — we load it and go, often same or next day.

No. Leave it as it is — our team sorts and loads everything. If there are any special items like fridges or mattresses, just mention them when you enquire.

It helps if someone can point out what’s going and give access, but it isn’t always essential. Mention it when you enquire and we’ll work out what suits.

Same or next-day collection is often possible depending on how busy we are. Get in touch and we’ll give you the earliest slot we can.

Often, yes. Let us know about anything tricky — narrow lanes, limited parking, stairs or restricted access — when you enquire, so we turn up prepared for the job.

We’re out Monday to Saturday (Saturday mornings included). Sundays we’re closed, but if you’re stuck just ask and we’ll see what we can do.

We can’t take hazardous waste such as asbestos, paint, oils, solvents, chemicals, gas cylinders, tyres or clinical waste. For those, your local council’s household waste recycling centre is the right place — or call us and we’ll point you in the right direction.

These are accepted, but they have to be handled and disposed of separately by law, so they’re factored into your individual quote. Just mention them when you enquire so the price is accurate.

Yes. We take everything to licensed transfer stations and divert as much as possible away from landfill.

We’re based near Faringdon and cover Oxfordshire, Swindon and the surrounding towns and villages. If your area isn’t listed on our Areas page, ask anyway — we often cover a little further out.
